Full Interior Renovation

Original layout of house had a blocked entry, small galley kitchen and narrow dining area. By removing walls to provide open concept we expanded the feel when walking into home. Sliding door was relocated and we reversed the dining and kitchen layout. In doing this the kitchen was expanded and an island added. We installed all new counters, cabinets and appliances. A narrow hallway next to the entry was enlarged leading to a dance studio. Double doors were added to open up to main living area. The bathroom was moved from hallway access into studio.

The client is using the home as rental and was absolutely delighted!
